As Founding Principal of Combs Advisory Services, he works with business, non-profit and government leaders who share his values of enabling equity, equality and opportunity in the workplace and the community.

D&P Creative Strategies works to increase the role of corporate, legislative and philanthropic efforts in addressing multi-cultural issues. D&P specializes in public affairs and government relations and represents Fortune 200 companies as well as non-profits and trade associations. A former President and CEO of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute and leader of the Washington, D.C. office of the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials, Ingrid was previously a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps and a Congressional staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives. Ingrid has a bachelor’s degree from Park College.

Catherine’s aim is to advance corporate, philanthropic and legislative efforts that mirror her deep passion and commitment to social justice and civil rights issues. A former Hill staffer and NGO executive, Catherine has degrees from the University of New Mexico and New York University. Together, Ingrid and Catherine founded PODER PAC a national political action committee by Latinas for Latinas that works to increase the number of Latinas elected to Congress.

As the co-founder and CEO of Social Driver, Thomas Sanchez has been credited as one of the “most innovative people in Washington, DC” and a top “minority business leader.” Social Driver helps companies connect with people today through websites, social media, and digital content.  Thomas serves on the Board of Directors of The Trevor Project and was appointed by the mayor of Washington, DC to serve as Vice Chair of the Innovation and Technology Inclusion Council.
